The Institute for Research and Advanced Legal Studies (Ipeja), with great satisfaction, brings to light the work Maritime law: studies in honor of the 500 years of the circumnavigation of Fernao de Magalhaes. For that, it counted on the participation of highly qualified authors, among them renowned national and foreign jurists. Created more than a decade ago, Ipeja aims to promote, expand and encourage the debate on relevant topics in the area of legal and social sciences.
